The rental is just as described. The pool area was huge, and having the option for drinks and food at the pool was great! The parking garage was a little difficult to navigate at times, but just during peak hours.

How many people can stay?

Yes! Shores of Panama has multiple pools including a heated indoor pool, a communal pool, and a spa whirlpool hot tub. There's also a fitness room in the building.
What are the house rules?
No pets allowed. No smoking. No events or parties. Children ages 0–17 welcome. Guests must be 21 or older to rent; guests under 25 must complete an in-person check-in process.
What's the parking situation?
Garage parking is available on-site. Guests must purchase and register parking passes after booking — this is a building requirement and is non-negotiable. Up to 2 parking passes available.

Unit 1907 is on the 19th floor with panoramic Gulf of Mexico views from the private balcony. You can see the water from the moment you wake up.
What's included at check-in?
Starter supplies are provided: dishwasher soap, washing machine powder, shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, body wash, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees — prices include all fees. When you book direct with us, you also skip the platform service fees (8–15%) charged by VRBO and Airbnb.
How far is the airport?
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about 20 minutes away. Easy drive with no traffic hassle.
